What types of products do you offer?

Otaj Gifts specializes in a variety of unique and whimsical products, from adorable cartoon bath towels to stylish couple rings and more. Our offerings are designed to add a touch of fun and romance to everyday life, catering to all Family members.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Customers have 14 days after receiving their item to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at otajimports@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at otajimports@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
